Growing the Number of Page Likes
To give your Facebook business page a reliable look and get people to feel they can trust your company, it works in your favor if your page has a large number of likes. A minimum of 100 likes is required to be able to use all the extra´s like insights in competitor pages. Maybe you are doing some boosting to get people to like your page or a specific post. Did you know that when people like a post you can, if they don´t like your page yet, invite them to like it? This way you will not only grow the number of page likes but also get interaction with a larger group.
Post in Multiple Languages
If your company has clients in different countries who speak varied languages it can be useful to use the ´post in multiple languages´ option on Facebook. This way you don´t have to mix languages in one post. Depending on the language settings of a visitor the post will be shown in the corresponding language. For example, if somebody has their FB page set in Spanish, the posts will be shown in Spanish. And for somebody with English language settings, the posts will be shown in English. This doesn´t depend on the country where somebody is located, but on settings of the user. If somebody in Spain has set their Facebook language in English, the posts will be shown in English. Publishing posts with the different language options needs to be done consistently, so somebody doesn´t get to see a mixture of posts in different languages.
When is the Best Time to Post on Facebook?
There are all types of studies done to find out what the best time is to post on your Facebook business page. Everybody wants to reach as many people as possible and get the highest engagement. But of course when you should be posting all depends on your target group. Make an analysis of posts that you published on different times and various days of the week to see when you reached the highest number of people. To give some general advise: Wednesday and Thursday are good days to post. And times between 12pm and 4pm seem to work good in general.
